This is one of our favorite playgrounds in Fairfax County. Huge trees provide shade over the play area, which includes equipment for toddlers and older children, baby and regular swings, a big sandbox, a shelter, basketball courts and a big grassy area to just run around. There is a deli and a museum behind the playground and they’re usually pretty good about letting you use the bathrooms. Ratcliffe Park is located at 10300 Sager Avenue, Fairfax, VA.
